Whilst most of our business comes from full commercial kitchen projects where design, equipment and installation work as one, we also have extensive experience of both design only and one-off catering equipment sales. Our team are happy to work with other contractors when required or lead a particular operation with our full project management service.
You’ll deal directly with either Marios or Michael, our Chiller Box directors throughout the project, whilst being supported by our delivery team, so that accountability stays at the highest level of the business.
We work primarily in hospitality, education, healthcare, contract catering and food retail. These environments demand careful planning, strict compliance and minimal operational disruption and with two decades of our experience we can support you through each stage.
Yes. We regularly collaborate as part of wider project teams and are happy working with an established consultant or contractor-led structures. You can also trust us to lead a piece of work as project managers when required.
We work with trusted manufacturers across cooking, refrigeration, ventilation, food prep, warewashing and specialist systems. With our expertise and forward-thinking, we can recommend, source and install the equipment best suited to your cuisine style, menu and operational needs.
Every project is carefully costed upfront, with visibility of all equipment, labour and installation breakdowns. Marios or Michael oversee each stage personally, ensuring decisions are made quickly and that budgets remain controlled. Every cost change is logged on a cost-control sheet. Where unforeseen costs do arise, we always discuss this at the earliest opportunity and ensure our clients stay informed and agree any budget changes.
You deal directly with our directors throughout, whilst being supported by an experienced delivery team. This means clear communication, faster decisions, joined‑up thinking and full accountability from start to finish.
