Chiller Box worked with Yasmeen on the catering equipment and air conditioning design of their site refurbishment. The kitchen was designed from scratch to suit to their style of Lebanese food. This included a custom-made charcoal grill, as well as a bespoke oven for cooking bread. To overcome issues with space and access, the bread oven was built in sections, and assembled on site within the kitchen.
