Heated & Ambient Display
Heated display units are ideal to display and serve warm food such as pies, pastries and sausage rolls. Other more open units are suitable for self service or staffed restaurants, schools and canteens - some have overhead gantries to heat the meals from above.
Ambient display is more suitable for crisps, doughnuts and other items which do not need to be chilled or heated.
Position heated displays close to where customers pay, as cakes and pastries are quite often impulse purchases.
