Energy efficiency and looking after the environment is a big deal to us at Chiller Box - we will advise on the best size refrigeration equipment to suit your needs and not be overkill. Blast chillers are a great piece of equipment which can cut down the time taken to freeze your prepared food so the freezer does not have to work so hard. Freezing food from raw in a normal freezer is too slow which makes ice crystals form - this leads to spoilage and can also be unsafe.
