Fish Fridges
Fish fridges (also known as fish refrigerators or fish keepers) are designed to store wet fish at optimum temperatures. A fan keeps the air cooled, and a supply of crushed ice is used to pack the fish in pull out drawers.
Avoid over filling, either with ice or fish, as the ice may compact, causing the machine to work harder and less efficiently.
