Cold rooms are walk-in fridges and freezers, which are available in various preset sizes or can be made to measure to suit any need. They are suitable for storing meat, dairy, fruit and vegetables, and other foods ready for preparation or serving.
Depending on the model they can have electronic temperature controls, adjustable shelving, hardwearing floors and safety handles in case of accidental lock-ins.
Make sure that there is a method of communication and procedure put into place in the event of a lock in.
