We accomplished completion of the project in only four weeks from the initial brief to the final piece of equipment being installed and checked off. We were given such a short period of time because our client wanted to open before Christmas. Our project consultant visited the client almost daily and our engineers and kitchen installation team went above and beyond what was expected of them, working through the weekends to ensure the venue was finished in time.
