Pass Through Dishwashers
Otherwise know as a hood dishwasher, pass through dishwashing machines are designed for very high output in the busiest of commercial kitchens. Rather than a door they have a hood which opens upwards.
Pass through dishwashers can have entry and exit tables attached allowing baskets to slide into the machine prior to washing and slide out afterwards.

Connect to a waste disposal machine to minimise dirt inside the machine. This soapy water will also keep the waste unit clean.
