Food Handling Equipment
For prepared food, we offer a variety of food handling equipment to help you save, time, money and cleaning. Storage and handling of food will involve the use of catering industry standard size Gastronorm containers as they are incredibly versatile and fit into appliances by all major foodservice equipment manufacturers.
Polycarbonate dishes are used for cold storage and are microwaveable and stainless steel pans can be used to prepare food straight into. Whether cooking batches of food for school dinners, plating up in advance for lots of covers in a restaurant, or transporting hot food to a different service location in a hotel or banqueting environment, we have plate stackers capable of handling up to 48 plates, mobile hot trolleys, insulated food containers and Lincat modular pedestals to keep plates warm.
