Pasta cookers are versatile and time-saving pieces of commercial kitchen equipment. They can boil all types of pasta, dumplings, vegetables, shellfish and boiled side dishes and can also be used for reconstituting foods and reheating frozen items.

Cookers' baskets are suitable for angel hair pasta as well as lasagne noodles. The table top models are compact and are only slightly less powerful than freestanding ones.

Do not use purified, deionised or highly filtered water as the water needs to contain a certain amount of mineral content for the sensors to work.
