A commercial or industrial microwave oven is designed for constant high output usage, models range in power from one to two kilowatts; the higher the wattage the quicker your food product will be heated. Microwaves are primarily used because they take up less space than an oven and take less time to cook food.

They are available in a wide range of sizes, from a compact 1/2 GN to a cavernous 2/3 GN, with either side or top mounted control panels. High range models are available with stylish finishes and touchpad operation.

Place a bowl of warm water with half a lemon inside and cook on medium heat for a few minutes to break up grease particles.
