Water Boilers
Water boilers (sometimes known as catering urns) are used in professional kitchens, cafes, restaurants and mobile catering vans alike. Ideal for making hot beverages such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate, they are also useful when a quick source of hot water is needed, for example if making soups, sauces or gravy. Water boilers vary in capacity and output and can be manual fed or mains water fed; mains fed urns are usually mounted on the wall and powered by gas.
