With their respective backgrounds as a refrigeration engineer and a construction project manager, Chiller Box is the result of a collaboration between Michael Michael and Marios Poumpouris. The combined skills of the two co-founders make for the perfect partnership to deliver the high standards of technical expertise and customer service set by them from the outset.

Their enthusiasm, commitment, and ‘can do’ attitude are filtered down through all levels of the organisation. Within a well established industry, Chiller Box brings a fresh approach to a critical link in the supply chain of any establishment with a need for catering equipment - regardless of whether it’s a greasy spoon cafe, top London bar or restaurant, residential nursing home or large chain hotel.

Chiller Box aims to give each of our customers a personal, bespoke service. And whilst we provide for any type of catering need or establishment, we have positioned ourselves as specialists in new openings and refurbishments. This is where we feel clients require and deserve a little extra love, personal attention and after care.

In terms of equipment, Chiller Box supplies a wide range of products from all the leading brands, providing a one-stop-shop whatever your needs. The vast array of products available can be a real minefield when it comes to equipment selection. As an independent distributor we are not tied to any one manufacturer, but are here to give our clients sound, impartial advice. The ultimate decision will always be based on a client’s individual operational, site, time and budgetary constraints.

Where installation of equipment is required this can be arranged through our national network of competent engineers, who are also able to undertake planned or reactive maintenance work, or warranty breakdown calls. Kitchen planning, design and project management services are available for larger projects. In addition we can source spare parts for most types and brands of equipment.

So from the supply of a replacement door gasket for an ageing fridge, to a fully planned and installed commercial kitchen, Chiller Box has the ability and experience to deliver.
